When I sat down to write this, I was completely convinced that this week had been really great. And I was right. It has been a really good week. It just hasn’t been a very productive week, well only in regards to my ROW80 goals that is.

Even though I wrote daily on my WIP, I didn’t always meet my daily goal. But I’m still happy with the fact that I at least touched it every day this week. I’m still working on the outline for Retribution, but at least I’ve completed the outline for The Unnamed. I’m on a roll with that one right now, so I’m sticking with it. And I made my first mock-up cover for Kennan’s Diary. See, there really was some productivity going on, it just wasn’t the kind listed on my ROW80 goals.

The one area I am really falling behind on is not part of the writing goals, but the physical activity and exercising goals I tried to set for myself. I know its very important to exercise and it does help me feel tons better physically and mentally. But I’ve been really bad this week. I have not walked at all. However, on the bright side somehow I’ve managed to lose 4 pounds. I am totally not complaining, just wondering how it happened so that I can do it again.

My motto the last few days has been “roll with it.” I’m trying to find the positive in everything and just go with the flow. I have to admit, I haven’t felt the familiar tug of depression this week. And I think it has to do with keeping this mentality. The stress down and the energy is up. Now to keep it that way!
